Service Advisor - Automotive - Motorcycles
Our Dealership located on the Sunshine Coast has been servicing Motorcycle’s for customers for over 27 years. Due to our expansion and the growth over the past years we are adding another professional to our service team.
As a Service Advisor you will be the first contact to the customer as they enter the service department. The focus of this role is to process warranty claims and book the customers Motorcycles for Service. This role also includes effectively selling recommended service products as well as customer follow up and liaising with the internal team ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Previous experience is an advantage, but we cannot outweigh an enthusiastic proactive attitude.
Duties of the role:
- Assisting customers with enquiries, bookings, and service scheduling over the phone, in person and via email
- Processing warranty claims, including ongoing liaison with customers and multiple manufacturersParts Interpretation along with effective management of inventory to maximise workshop efficiency
- Liaising with customers, sales representatives, and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines
- Providing quotes for vehicle service and repair
- Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions
- Processing orders, invoices, and payments
