What You’ll Do:
- Customer Care: Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring customers’ needs are met with timely vehicle repairs and deliveries.
- Promote Services: Boost workshop activity by promoting and selling retail hours.
- Exemplary Service: Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional approach.
- Administrative Excellence: Organize service bookings, prepare cost estimates and invoices, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Liaison Role: Work closely with customers and the workshop controller to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Prior experience in a similar automotive role is essential.
- Exceptional Skills: Strong in customer service, negotiation, sales, and administration.
- Go-Getter Attitude: Motivated, organized, and equipped with top-notch problem-solving abilities.
- Mechanical Insight: A good understanding of automotive mechanics.
- Positive Presence: Friendly, approachable, and professional.
- Driver’s License: A manual driver’s license is a must.
