As the leading dealership, QTK Group has an excellent Operations Customer Team with a supportive manager, and we recognise that our success depends on the service we provide, so we are looking for a Superstar Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy working with customers and assisting them in resolving issues, this role is for you.
Our Service Advisor would be the person to triage any customer issues from a technical point of view over the phone or when they walk in needing assistance. This person is the first point of call to advise a customer on what the problem may be whether it be troubleshooting or identifying the problem before the need arises to bring the equipment in.
About the role
- Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Assisting customers with enquiries, bookings and service scheduling over the phone, in person and via email
- Processing orders, invoices and payments
- Liaising with customers, sales staff and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines
About you
- Experience in a busy customer-orientated role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent computer and administrative skills
- Hands-on / Can-do approach
- Current Driver's license
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident on computer systems and willing to learn
- Able to use their initiative and enjoys being part of a team
- Technical knowledge is key
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
