Your new role

As a Service Advisor, you'll adeptly handle multiple responsibilities. Collaborating closely with our skilled Technicians, you'll oversee the timely completion of service appointments while proactively offering maintenance recommendations to keep our guests' vehicles performing optimally. Your meticulous attention to detail will guarantee accurate documentation and seamless coordination, leading to a streamlined and efficient service process that enhances customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed

Here are typical responsibilities associated with the role of a Service Advisor:

• Main point of contact for customers seeking automotive services
• Conduct thorough consultations with customers to understand their vehicle issues and service needs
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repairs, and associated costs
• Offer additional maintenance suggestions based on the vehicle's condition and manufacturer recommendations
• Educate customers on the importance of regular maintenance and address any safety or performance concerns.
• Liaise with service technicians to convey customer concerns, vehicle symptoms, and specific service requests
• Rotating Shifts & Roster - Some Saturdays required
