Hinterland Caravans is seeking an experienced, energetic & confident Service Advisor for our busy Service Department located in Varsity Lakes.
As a Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and taking service/warranty bookings
- Managing email enquiries and bookings
- Confirming and liaising between manufacturer and sales for deliveries
- Assisting Service Department in all facets of delivery, parts and service
- Following up with customers following service to ensure customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have a passion for delivering great customer service. The candidate should be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Hours will be Full time Mon-Fri 7.30am-3.30pm.
