About the role
As a Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our guests. The role requires you to have a friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach to managing our guests' needs. You will communicate with the service department to ensure guests' vehicles are repaired and delivered in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- First point of contact that greets our guests
- Organise and follow up on our guests’ vehicles throughout the day
- Liaise with guests and service technicians
Skills & Experience
- Current drivers’ licence is essential
- Previous experience within the automotive industry would be viewed favourably
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Sound computer skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and positive personality
- Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable
