The Service and Support Administrator is highly organised and customer focused. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: :
- Answer a high volume of customer calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous support.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting via phone and video guidance, escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support when required.
- Maintain accurate records within SimPro.
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose and resolve basic system issues. This may involve analysing data, coordinating site visits, and ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Foster strong working relationships with other SolarHub departments.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within post-installation service processes. Help create and implement new efficient procedures and guide team members on best practices.
- Answer customer questions about maintenance/ repairs and provide basic quoting.
Experience:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management/ CRM software.
- A technical background in solar, construction, engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A passion for clean energy and providing exceptional customer service.
