The role
Reporting to the Warranty Manager, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the smooth progression and completion of warranty repairs as required to achieve timely and positive outcomes for the Company and its customers. Due to the nature of this role, you will be working closely with our Building Supervisors and Customer Service teams, and are required to travel to our projects throughout Victoria.
The key duties of the role include:
· Conduct initial inspections with customers to clarify issues for repair.
· Coordinate trades and suppliers required to complete repairs in a cost effective and timely manner to minimise inconvenience to the customer.
· Available to resolve after hours emergency issues during warranty period.
Skills & experience
Ideally you will have a minimum five years' experience in a similar hands-on role, with strong, working knowledge of the residential building industry and WHS legislation. A trade background would be beneficial.
Your strong verbal communication and customer service skills will help you succeed in the role.
A current drivers licence and white card are required.
