Service And Warranty Coordinator

Metricon Homes is seeking a driven and passionate individual with a strong customer service focus to join our busy & vibrant Service & Warranty Team.

You will bring relevant experience & thrive in a fast-paced environment, work at ease with high-volumes of work, and be adept at dealing with pressures presented in the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• The processing and qualifying of service requests and Warranty claims
• Providing administrative support to the Service & Warranty Supervisors
• Responding to a high number of emails in a timely manner
• Receiving all incoming telephone calls from customers regarding service related issues and resolving in a timely and professional manner
• General administration duties

The successful candidate will have:

• Prior experience in the Service & Warranty or Building industry preferred
• Experience in a customer service role
• Experience working with a range of IT applications and software
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Customer file management and negotiation skills
• A proven ability to work in a time critical environment
