Your responsibilities will include: The processing and qualifying of service requests and Warranty claims
Providing administrative support to the Service & Warranty SupervisorsResponding to a high number of emails in a timely manner
Receiving all incoming telephone calls from customers regarding service related issues and resolving in a timely and professional manner

The successful candidate will have: Prior experience in the Service & Warranty or Building industry preferred
Experience in a customer service role
Experience working with a range of IT applications and software
Exceptional communication and time management skills
Customer file management and negotiation skillsA proven ability to work in a time critical environment
