There is currently a vacancy for an enthusiastic HR and Office Adminitrator to join the team on a 12 month contracted basis.
Key Responsibilities of this role will include:
People Support
- Assist with the management of employee documentation and personnel files
- Support hiring managers in onboarding processes to ensure positive candidate experience, accurate documentation and timely processing
- Assist with the creation of various employment documents
- Support the HR function with reporting items
- Provide support to employees with payroll queries/issues
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of Velpic training for current and new employees
- Provide support in coordinating ad hoc people related projects
- Provide support with data entry and information integrity in our people related systems
Office Management Support
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with employee security card management
- Assist with uniform management including – maintaining stock, issuing uniforms, ordering as required
- Coordinating events as required
- Assisting on reception as required
Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Previous experience in administration is desirable
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Positive and resourceful mindset
- Completing TAFE or tertiary qualifications in HR - not essential but desirable
- Willingness to grow and develop in the role
