As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Service Coordinator team.   

In this busy role, you’ll play a key part in helping to organise our day-to-day operations and provide support to the wider team by coordinating service jobs for our clients.  Typical tasks will include: - 

• Scheduling appointments for clients and tracking clients service requests;
• Organising materials for use on site; 
• Ensuring our field technicians are organised and on track;
• Responding to any issues that occur during the delivery of service;
• Maintaining our client database;
• Generating and analysing client reports;
• Undertaking other tasks that help support our clients and technicians.

• Can think critically and strategically and have great analytical skills;
• Genuinely love structure, are great at juggling competing priorities and pride themselves on their productivity;
• Are punctual, reliable and thorough; and 
• Can manage their time effectively and not think twice about dealing with interruptions to their day. 

You’ll have demonstrated experience in a similar role where you have organised, scheduled and provided client support.  We’re a Google Workspace workplace, but if you have MS Office software experience that would be great too.  SimPRO experience is desirable but not essential.
