The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the dedicated Service Coordinator will collaborate with the team to manage the quoting, scheduling, and coordination of service visits for our water and wastewater treatment systems. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients, ensuring smooth operations both on-site and in administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities:
- Quoting and organising service visits for clients.
- Managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinating schedules and appointments for service technicians
- Liaising with clients to schedule and confirm service appointments
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation
- Handling customer enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a service-oriented environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills
