ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join a dynamic team as a Service Scheduler, where you'll play a crucial role in coordinating field technicians and ensuring seamless operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success and growth of the business.
DUTIES:
- Schedule and communicate with field technicians to optimize service delivery.
- Update and maintain our job management system to ensure accurate records.
- Manage client maintenance schedules and portals efficiently.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports to track performance and KPIs.
- Support field technicians and management personnel as needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience in scheduling and coordination roles preferred.
- Familiarity with job management systems, particularly Aroflo, is advantageous.
- Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team.
Please note this role us full time on site - office located in Revesby with onsite parking.
