Your new role
This organisation is entering a busy time of year and has two immediate permanent Service Coordinator roles on offer.
As the Service Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the facilities management helpdesk which involved taking in maintenance requests, scheduling the contractors and technicians for their job’s weekly, and daily.
This involves organising preventative maintenance for jobs that have been requested from clients and customers, taking in calls for reactive requests, scheduling and dispatching technicians for maintenance, essential services management, raising job orders, invoicing, data entry, providing exceptional customer service over the phone and email, ensuring maintenance requests have been rectified in sufficient time and keeping clients up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous scheduling experience in a trade based environment
- Plumbing/Gas/Electric/Maintenance/Telco experience
- Facilities Helpdesk or Service Coordinator experience
- Ability to build rapport with technicians
- Great customer service and organisational skills
- Good time management and ability to think on your feet if your day is not going as planned
