About the Service Coordinator Role: Under the general direction of the General Manager, you will promote and provide consistent service delivery in accordance with CLO's Vision, Mission and Purpose, Values and Code. The Service Coordinator provides quality and effective leadership and guidance to Support Workers to achieve outcomes and goals for the people CLO supports.
You will actively contribute to employee development to support overall outcomes. As Service Coordinator you will assist to create an empowering environment for clients and work to maximise independence in the least restrictive environment. You will engage in the development and review of plans and programs and will monitor and assess plans and implementation for effectiveness.
The role will be based from our Edwardstown Office.
