We are expanding our team and seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Coordinator for our Brisbane branch. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service requests and dispatch field service mechanics to customer sites.
- Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to all WH&S policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in coordinating maintenance, staff or similar roles.
- Fitter or Mechanic by trade or parts interpreter to provide technical support.
- Be available for on-call duties.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
