This is a fixed term, full time vacancy available for 6 months
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Service Coordinator communicable Disease. The Service Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of an integrated communicable disease service.
The Service Coordinator coordinates and facilitates access to treatments for patients in custody and develops resources for communicable disease related prevention and treatment programs.
The Service Coordinator develops and implements policies and standards to ensure best practice and improvements in the delivery of the prevention and treatment of Communicable Diseases.

ELIGIBILITY
Evidence of qualifications and current registration as a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia - Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) must be provided prior to commencement.
