Commercial Kitchen Victoria is a Victorian made leader in Commercial Catering Equipment Industry – specialising in repairing, maintenance and installing hospitality grade equipment across the Hospitality sector.
Our workshop/ headquarters is in Bayswater, Victoria. We have in-house and on-the-road technicians servicing our clients needs Melbourne and Victoria wide, with the assistance of an experience Customer Service team.
The Opportunity
The position's primary function is to provide a professional first point of phone contact for our clients and this will involve closely working with our sales and technician teams to provide timely updates to our clients. The secondary function is a mixture of general administrative duties and service coordination for our operations department managing our internal repair process.
Administrative Responsibility
- Phone answering and client direction
- Credit Card Payments
- Completing Credit Applications / Vendor Forms
- Data Entry into ServiceM8
- Processing and collection of mail
Service Coordination Responsibility
- Preparing return material authorisations for our customers
- Proactive customer contact for regular updates on the repair progress
- Coordinate and process the service repair logistics of incoming orders.
- Providing administrative support to the technician team
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Strong customer focus and a proactive approach to delivering the best Customer Service in the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills predominantly in MS Office software (ServiceM8 knowledge a bonus)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with a positive attitude.
