28th March, 2024 Service Coordinator Reporting to the Manager, the Coordinator role is pivotal role for our clients and support workers. As an organisation, we support people throughout New Zealand who are recovering form illness, injury, living with disability and/or needing support or care in their homes. We recruit support workers and nurses to provides these cares and they are brilliantly supported by our office based coordination team.This particular role is based in our Blenheim office and is 2 days per week - Thursday and Friday, supporting local Nelson/Marlborough region but also the South Island (full company services). Day to day you will be: reviewing referrals about clients from the hospitals/ ACC providers taking calls from people wanting some help at home loading data and details into our swish database system organising rosters, matching support staff with clients based on their needs/skills updating clients and staff about rosters and services responding to changes following up and checking in…
