AddressNWRH is growing quickly and is on the lookout for a Service Coordinator to join the team in Mount Isa. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide an efficient, accurate and reliable administrative and coordination service for the Mount Isa operations.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coordinating client appointments in line with Clinician's availability;
- Providing reception services, including handling telephone inquiries from clients;
- Entering records of client contact in the electronic client management system and where relevant recording billable time for client communications
- Contacting clients to obtain meal orders and processing weekly orders to sub-contractors
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar Office administration/ coordination role. You'll need excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
