A rare opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator to drive the busy service department within the Victorian region with a leading lift company. You’ll be given a great crew and proven processes, an impeccable company reputation and flexible working conditions.
Daily activities include:
- Scheduling of technicians for servicing and breakdowns of lifts.
- Coordinating with clients on their upcoming service
- Preparing repair quotes.
- Ordering and maintaining stock/spare parts.
- Invoicing of servicing and repairs.
- Maintaining and creating service agreements with clients.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong experience in a Service Coordinator capacity, ideally within the lift industry
- Demonstrated experience working within a service industry where you have coordinated technicians or contractors for installations and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbally
- Prioritising customer service in all your communications
- The ability to work well under pressure and remain calm with competing work demands
- Looking for a career within a growing organisation where no two days are the same
- The ability to liaise with individuals from various backgrounds including company directors and trades-staff
- Light-hearted personality that enables you to work within the demands of a service department
- Experience with Zoho CRM preferred but not essential
