Service Coordinator/Administrator needed for a refrigeration and air-conditioning servicing and maintenance company in Darwin

The Company
Our client is a commercial and industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning servicing and maintenance company in Darwin. They are currently seeking an experiencedService Coordinator/Administrator to join their team in Darwin.
The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Coordinator/Administrator to join our client's team in Darwin.
The Role

• Excellent customer service to clients, through fast and professional responses to inquiries and feedback
• Answer customer communication in an efficient manner
• Managing projects and scheduling to ensure seamless service
• Stock ordering and inventory management
• Looking after documentations, including quotations, invoices, etc
• Responsible for reporting to higher ups
• Collaborate with the team to ensure overall customer and product
  satisfaction
• Be motivated to meet or exceed key performance targets, both
  personally and as a team
• Follow team communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all
  times
• Perform each duty to fulfil customers’ satisfaction

The Candidate
The successful applicant will have:

• Prior experience in a similar role, dealing with customer enquiries, scheduling for refrigeration and air-conditioning services or maintenance
• Prior experience in similar industry would be a plus
• Technological aptitude to manage spreadsheets, documents, and collaborative online forums
• Able to thrive in high pressure situations
