Service Delivery Administrative Assistant – Brisbane

Our teams provide support to NDIS participants across Brisbane and the Gold Coast 24/7 through individualized support Service Delivery including clinical and personal care, at home support, community participation, and innovative activities.
We work with a broad spectrum of disabilities including spinal injuries, high intensity support, and offer a range of SIL and SDA accommodation options.
Due to ongoing growth, we are now seeking an – Service Delivery Administrative Assistantto work closely with our Service Mangers.

Industry knowledge: Nothing beats on the ground experience, combined with deep working knowledge of the contemporary Australian disability (NDIS) and aged care at home sectors.
Business Development: You will have success, know-how and be driven – to build and deliver the Charter Care Service vision and experience through innovative, thoughtful, and relevant marketing initiatives.
As the integral glue for our Service Delivery Team, with previous experience in the NDIS sector you will ensure that everything runs smoothly, and our participants receive the support they need. From handling progress notes to organising trainings. You will be the link between the office/management and our support staff, keeping everyone informed and on track

Mandatory requirements:
- Demonstrated skills and leadership experience within the NDIS sector. (min 5 years)
- Experience implementing and reporting on Behaviour Support Plans
- Blue & Yellow cards
- National Police Check (within six months)
- Full, clean, Driver’s License & access to a reliable vehicle
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
