Service Delivery and Rostering Officer is a crucial part of our team, responsible for allocating and scheduling Field Workers to our clients and referring organisations.

About the role
Operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for responding to service requests, matching and Rostering staff to support our clients in a timely manner.
We are offering a permanent full-time role Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1600.
The rolewill involve interacting with many stakeholders including clients, referring organisations and other internal teams. You will be required to manage incoming and outgoing calls whilst utilising our internal software programs.
About You
You will bring:
- Strong commitment to providing excellence in customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a wide range of audiences
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Experience in coordinating services in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities
- Understanding and experience assisting clients within disability or aged care sector is highly desirable
- have the ability to work in a team and build positive working relationships
- be flexible and available to work after hours and weekends, if rostered.
