Your Purpose:
Your core purpose as a Service Delivery manager is to act as a key link between Managed Services customers, our Support Teams and Rapid Circle Account Managers. You engage in operational and tactical-level discussions with clients, reflecting on and discussing the services offered by Rapid Circle while establishing a strong customer relationship and the effective management of our contracted deliverables.
Additionally, you are always seeking ways to expand and improve our services, keeping the client informed of any improvements or developments. You do all of this in close collaboration with both your own team and other teams within Rapid Circle.
Your Focus and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with relevant stakeholders to implement and deliver the contracted solutions and services for Rapid Circle customers.
- Collaborating with Rapid Circle’s operational teams to ensure Service Delivery is in line with contract scope and service levels and delivery of these services, meets both Rapid Circle’s and our customer expectations, as part of the strategic alignment of Rapid Circle’s business objectives.
- Provide ownership and accountability for the delivery of services to achieve contracted outcomes within the commercial model supporting the account. Keeping a focus on long term viability and profitability.
- Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to customers.
- Ensure that the Service Delivery teams' managers receive relevant and prompt information to help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Work with the customer or Rapid Circle Account Manager to reduce any identified risks to the services delivered.
- Ensure that effective communication on the services delivered is provided to customers (including delivery reports) within the agreed timeframes.

What we hope you bring:
- Proven experience in Service Delivery Management
- Commercially minded with the ability to maintain strategic relationships with customers
- ITIL qualifications and/or experience of Service Delivery management within an ITIL framework
