The Delivery and Information team ensures the sustained health and maintenance of UniSuper's core systems and platforms - to provide high availability, stability and performance. We remain committed to partner with business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper's Strategy.
The role

The role of our Manager, Service Delivery is pivotal in leading this charge, steering us towards realising our aspirations with precision and passion. As the Manager, Service Delivery, you'll be pivotal in ensuring that our technology services not only meet but exceed the strategic objectives of UniSuper.
Your mission is to harmonise technology with the business, guiding our IT Service Management (ITSM) practices to achieve outstanding Service Delivery. This role is not just about overseeing operations; it's about leading a symphony of people, processes, and technology to create service excellence that supports our vision.
About you
We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. To be considered for this role you will have:
Experience: You bring to the table a solid foundation of over 10 years in leadership roles within service
management spheres. Demonstrated proficiency in managing ITIL-aligned processes and engaging with multiple stakeholders to drive service excellence.
Education: Your academic background includes ITIL Foundation and Service Management certifications or
qualifications. Alternatively, your career journey has equipped you with equivalent managerial and work
experiences that have honed your understanding and capabilities in service management.
