Your Team
Corporate Core is the team that provides technology support, project leadership, problem management and strategic technical development for the Corporate Core Applications. This dynamic role reports to the Senior Technical Delivery Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage Vendor relations, including contract compliance, changes and invoicing.
- Work with stakeholders to prepare and manage an application roadmap and enhancement backlog.
- Present monthly reporting on Service Levels for Incident, Change, Problems and Requests with vendor.
- Co-ordinate vendor, business, support and other technical resources as required for the purpose of supporting business outcomes in relation to the platform.
- Support the business stakeholders with articulating requirements and with good IT governance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Be a trusted advisor to the business to aid in making decisions using technology as a tool.
Your Capability and Experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Proven experience in IT service management
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Demonstration of natural curiosity, growth mindset
- Ability to manage ambiguity
