Mercury IT is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager. This is a hybrid working role.
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating and working with the service team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and contribute to continuously improving our Service Delivery.
This role will suit a person that wants to be challenged to deliver outstanding outcomes for all stakeholders.

- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle to attend client sites
- Minimum 5 years in a Service Delivery Manager role
- Strong knowledge of supporting Microsoft Windows technologies
- A desire to make a positive difference for our clients and team members
Desirable skills and proficiencies:
- Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco, Citrix, VMware or other certs)
- Relevant tertiary degree or study
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider organisation
