About you
Your previous experience in a planning role means you are a problem solver, not intimidated by a high-volume workload where data integrity is important.
You are comfortable presenting identified trends to stakeholders and are confident using and manipulating data in excel to showcase your findings, experience using SAP and Maximo is a bonus.
You are a problem solver, who uses initiative and knowledge to analyse planned versus actual data to determine opportunities for operational efficiencies, you are always looking for a better way.
What you’ll do
You will actively work with the planned work team, to ensure completeness, accuracy and clarity of schedules, the identification of critical works and the timely communication of program status and any delays and issues arising, along with mitigation strategies.
In this role you will develop a plan, matching the resources and suppliers to the required work, ensuring all compliance work, customer KPIs and deadlines are met.
You will draw on local knowledge and data to develop fortnightly work schedule considering delivery requirements, operational risk, and customer levels of service.
You will lead the development, delivery, and presentation of internal reporting on the delivery of the planned work activities. You will also assist in developing processes to improve reliability of performance data.
This role will be an exciting challenge and will continue to evolve as PRFS continue on their Deliver Core journey.
Key skills and experience
· Experience in a work planning or scheduling role
· Experience utilising planning systems to monitor and manage work
· Experience in developing and improving planning and scheduling tools
· Proven ability to analyse system data and facilitate and corrective action in work practices and business outcomes
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel and be able to learn new electronic systems and processes quickly.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with different groups of key stakeholders
· High attention to detail, analytical skills, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
