Our client is a leader in their industry and is currently looking to add a Level 1/2 Service Desk Officer to their Service Desk team on a 6-month contract basis.
The Role
You will be the core contact dealing with basic level 1 support queries. This role is customer focused and would ideally suit a junior Service Desk technician who has 6-12 months experience providing 1st line support. Proof of vaccination is required for this role.
Your Skills
- Providing Level 1 ICT support.
- Configure, Install, and test and monitor ICT network equipment, software, servers, and other infrastructure.
- Resolve problems with ICT network and infrastructure.
- Manage and report incidents and requests using the IT Help Desk system
- Liaise with equipment and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Office 365 experience preferable
