The Role

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Queensland, full-time. If you possess a strong customer service focus and you are good at thinking on your feet, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities will include: 

  • Provide first contact troubleshooting for customers via phone, email, and incident management ticketing system.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to customers
  • Support for server, hypervisor, and backup management platforms
  • Support for desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals on customer networks
  • Support for Windows operating systems, including some legacy platforms
  • Support of office infrastructure, including first line networking, telephone, and audio-visual systems
  • Microsoft Office support for our clients as well as continued bespoke application support.
  • Attend to the occasional on-site client support calls as required
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and quality of service provided.
  • Maintain contact with problem situations and assist until a satisfactory resolution is achieved
     

The Person

With a passion for technology, the Service Desk Analyst uses their technical aptitude to provide solutions to clients. You will have an industry certification or will have plans to attain certifications. The Service Desk Analyst will have experience in a field that requires them to develop exceptional customer service skills. They will be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, customers and fellow Intuit Technologies team members.
