We are looking for a talented and driven IT Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team. Whether you are looking to take the next step in your career or if you’ve previously worked in similar roles in professional services or managed services IT organisations, this is an opportunity to explore.
No two days will be the same when you are managing interesting and challenging client requests and building on your experience to provide top quality service to our clients. You’ll have the support of two senior, experienced leaders and the room to develop this role into whatever you make it.
Day to day the work will look like:
- Providing over the phone, remote desktop support and deskside IT support and services to our clients nationally.
- Providing effective and efficient, application support in a Windows 10 environment, primarily supporting Microsoft Office, Document Management and Enterprise database applications.
- Providing effective and efficient desktop and hardware support and to clients nationally
- Assist in the maintenance of IT Servicedesk Ticketing system, IT documentation such as the helpdesk knowledgebase and IT asset register
- Assisting with project delivery tasks and desktop upgrade projects.
- Provide support for audio-visual resources including video-conferencing equipment.
- Ability to exceed client SLAs and client satisfaction targets.
You will bring to this role:
- 2+ years’ proven experience in a managed services environment
- 2+ years’ experience supporting Windows 10 desktop environments, including a strong working knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 Administration
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Information and Communications Technology or related discipline would be well regarded
- Technical certifications such as ITIL, MCP or A+ would be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of client service; and; previous experience in a law firm or similar environment is desirable.
