We are looking for an Entry Level Help Desk support person, Whilst a strong background in Microsoft network technologies is desirable, we are particularly looking for outstanding client skills and the "right" attitude as the primary requisite. You will be supporting a small but very advanced engineering team and most of our clients have been with us for years.
Qualities we are looking for include:
* Decent technical, communication, and documentation skills.
* Knowledge of Desktops based on MS Windows.
* Basic Server skills an advantage.
* Knowledge of logistics (parts ordering & Delivery) an advantage.
* An ability to adapt quickly, use available resources, and follow proven methods.
