Calleo Resourcing are looking for a Process Coordinator to work onsite with one of the federal government department in collaboration with a wider team, providing guidance to internal & external service providers on key service management processes within a multi-vendor environment.
Working alongside the Process Managers and the regional Practice Lead, the Process Coordinator identifies areas for process improvement, including analysing feedback, conducting
proactive reviews to be able to execute the ITSM process on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with process owners & other stakeholders, supporting any challenges that arise.
This role is based in Canberra or Brisbane, with ability to work hybrid from home a couple days per week.

You are an engaging and service driven professional, able to think outside the box. You have the ability to understand the activities across service levels, provider capability to ensure governance and streamlining of Other Service Providers to meet the needs of the customers eco
system. We will look for you to hold;
· A current Australian Government Security Clearance or Australian Citizen
· Demonstrated ITIL knowledge and direct experience of Service Levels, Performance and
Agreements
· A demonstrated ability to consider the end-to-end business value of process activities
· Use of ITSM tools for documentation and information gathering; ServiceNow highly desirable
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
· Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly define and document
