Our client has an immediate requirement for a Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Not-for-Profit organisation located close to Brisbane CBD.
This role is based on-site with some travel to the other sites; there is a car available to pool. The successful candidate will be a customer focussed individual who enjoys working as part of a highly motivated, supportive team. Ability to obtain a Yellow and Blue card upon offer is essential.

About you: Service delivery focussed, communication is everything! Wanting to help the customer, and the team is most important. Strong troubleshooting and customer service.
Someone who can identify opportunities for efficiency and optimisation. Experience resolving tickets and escalating where necessary. Someone who can add extra value to the team, elevate the team!
Can-do attitude. Please note there is some physical work required for example getting under desks to plug in new systems etc. Technical skills required: O365 Administration PowerShell Citrix (removing currently) Azure (basics) On-prem environment mostly Windows environment
