About The Role
Our Property Management branch are seeking a part-time Service Desk Officer to provide administrative services and a high level of customer service to both internal staff and members of the public.
Working at the brand new Sunshine Coast City Hall, the key responsibilities of this role are:
- Providing front-facing customer contact support and responding to internal/external enquires in a timely manner.
- Disseminate information using a variety of platforms to ensure occupants are aware of upcoming disruptions, events, or important information.
- Create content, design and publish monthly newsletter with relevant City Hall information to engage and educate occupants on processes, updates, items of interest, etc.
- Issue visitor passes to visitors and staff as required and maintain register to record all transactions.
- Maintain the Parking Management System by entering accurate information and responding to requests by staff and visitors.
- You are an enthusiastic and motivated administration professional that is excited to work within a dynamic local government organisation. Candidates who possess a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent are highly desired.
- You will be an effective communicator with fantastic customer service skills and the ability to carry out a variety of business administration functions. Complementing this is your excellent time management and organisation skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and interdependently to ensure work tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- You possess the ability to navigate relevant computer software which could include Microsoft office suite, electronic records management, customer management, property and/or financial and human resource systems.
