Leading International Bank is looking to onboard a Service Desk Team Leader to join their growing infrastructure team. Reporting to the Senior Infrastructure Manager, you will be leading a small Service Desk Team of 3 to support around 180 people within Australia. This role would suit either a strong Senior Service Desk Analyst with some leadership experience that is looking to step up or an existing Team Lead looking for a change. This role is initially based full time in the CBD located office. Interview slots available straight away
The main roles and responsibilities of this Sydney CBD based role are highlighted below
- Leading the IT Service Desk
- Level 1-3 Support
- Some infrastructure project based work
- Strong Level 1-2 technical support experience in a predominantly MS environment
- 3rd line support experience
- Some leadership experience, either formally as a Service Desk / Helpdesk Team Lead or deputising for your leader whilst they are on leave
- Strong VDI
- Strong AD
- Understanding of Cisco networking technologies
- Some scripting expereince would be awesome
- Strong preference for candidates from a Banking, Insurance, Super, Law, Accountancy, Payments or MSP background
