The Role  As a Technology Support Officer – Tier 2, you will support Endeavour Foundation to reach business goals by ensuring system integrity and operational excellence for staff. By working both autonomously, and as part of the Technology team, effective support and resolutions will be delivered through application of in-depth knowledge, skills and excellent customer service.   You will:  Provide frontline technology user support to the Endeavour community via technology support to maintain operational integrity ensuring delivery of ICT infrastructure.
