As a Service Electrician, you're the linchpin ensuring our customers' power infrastructure operates at peak efficiency, making sure downtime is a thing of the past while guaranteeing unwavering reliability. Our dynamic operations cover an eclectic mix of industries, including Utilities, Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Renewable Energy, with a focus on cutting-edge power technologies. Get ready to delve into the intricate world of Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear & Circuit Breakers/Switches, Protection Systems (Relays), and Distribution Transformers, to name a few. Training on the above equipment will be provided to Industrial/Maintenance Electricians with strong industrial experience.
In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will encompass a range of vital tasks:
- Think preventive maintenance with routine inspections, testing, and meticulous upkeep.
- Expect to be the ace troubleshooter, diagnosing and swiftly resolving technical glitches, all while seamlessly collaborating with internal teams or external vendors if the need arises.
- Brace yourself for system upgrades as well, wherein you'll be hands-on in the installation and commissioning of spanking new systems or seamlessly upgrading the existing ones.
- Moreover, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing stellar technical support and offering indispensable guidance on operation and maintenance for their peace of mind.
Profile
We're on the lookout for someone with a robust background, someone who has previously cut their teeth as an Electrician/Technician, boasting a wealth of experience in Power Systems Applications such as Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear & Circuit Breakers/Switches, Protection Systems (Relays), and Distribution Transformers or Industrial/Maintenance Electricians with proven expertise in PLCs, VSDs, Sensors, and Servo Drives as full training will be on offer. An Electrical Trade Qualification and a License recognized in Australia are non-negotiables.
