Service Management Officer

Location: Dandenong, Victoria
Position Type: Part-Time (3 days a week)

We at Chandler Macleod are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join one of our local government clients as a Service Management Officer based in Dandenong. This part-time role involves crucial responsibilities such as processing new referrals, conducting annual service reviews, responding to hazards, and addressing client concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process new referrals and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Conduct annual service reviews to assess and improve service quality.
• Respond promptly to hazards and client concerns, implementing effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
• National Police clearance is required for consideration.
• Relevant degree/diploma qualification in an HR-related discipline.
• Experience in managing teams or tertiary qualifications in Social/Welfare Work.
• Substantial relevant experience in a related field.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
• Understanding of the needs and issues associated with working in a diverse community.
• Well-developed conflict and problem resolution skills.
