About the Role
JAX Tyres & Auto Warners Bay is excited to welcome a motivational, experienced, Service Manager to the team. In this role, you will manage the front of house, developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers and team, guiding them to the decision that best meets their wants and needs. while lead and work closely with sales staff to secure smooth running from front of house through to the workshop to ensure the best service to our valued customers and everyone leaves our store happy and peace of mind driving.
Your day-to-day would include:
- Managing front of house
- Face to Face customer service
- Attending to customers
- Supervising, encouraging and guiding staff.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Handling Inquiries, bookings, and complaints
- Quoting & Following up with Customers
About you
- Trade Qualified Motor Mechanic
- High Level mechanical diagnostic skill
- Experience leading & developing Apprentices
- RMS AIS qualification preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in managing staff.
- Understanding of Budgets and KPI ‘s and a drive to achieve
- Intermediate Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and team members.
- Time-management and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the automotive / tyre industry.
