Caravan Experience is a requirement for this position, this role is only suitable to individuals who have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as either a Senior Caravan Technician or Caravan Service/Warranty Advisor.

We are looking for a Service/Office Manager to join our family-owned workshop. Working alongside business owners and the Workshop Foreman. We business prides ourselves in being the best in the industry for work quality, business principles and old fashioned customer service.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage the operational activities of the Office
- Work alongside business owners and Workshop Forman.
- Work with customers, subcontractors, and trade customers to acheive the desired outcome.
- Assist in the submission of warranty claims & Insurance Quotes
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Quality Control Checks of repairs during and upon completion.
- Maximise the profitability of the company and return on its resources.
- Manage and meet the needs of our Customer’s.
