Job description
- Reports to the General Manager of Riverina Lift Trucks.
- Manages service delivery and customer service standards across the Griffith region workshop and Field Service team including Benalla, Albury and Shepparton. This spans all aspects of service including planned maintenance and unplanned support.
- Maintains and promotes a safety-first operational environment in line with all company safety policies, standards, expectations and legislation.
- Maximises service and warranty revenue through best practice operational management and cost control.
- Achieves labour productivity standards for the Field Service Technician team.
- Ensures the Field Service vans, tooling, and PPE equipment is supplied and maintained to company quality standards.
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- Verifiable success as a senior manager in an OEM or Dealership Service Department
- Mechanical trade certificate or equivalent experience
- Capital Equipment industry knowledge or similar industry exposure will be considered.
- Proven leadership skills. You can set expectations, hold your team accountable, motivate and inspire high performance and provide feedback in the right way.
- High care factor.
- A personable, friendly approach.
