We have an opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced Electrical Service Manager to join AE Smith, to work on some Australia's most iconic and critical assets and be part of fantastic team with supportive leaders and an inclusive culture.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will ensure the service delivery of ongoing maintenance and projects at some of Brisbane's most iconic sites. You will provide leadership to Supervisors and Senior Technicians to ensure that service work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the customer's full satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include client management, oversight of budgeting, forecasting, business planning, work practices, and scheduling within the service team. You will possess a strong work ethic, achieve the highest level of safety and quality of work, and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrated Account Management experience in an Electrical service business.
• Technical background with either an Electrical trade or engineering degree or a strong building background.
• Sound knowledge of business budgeting, planning, and preparing and analysing cost estimates
• High-level knowledge of industry best practices and standards, with a strong and proactive commitment to Zero Harm
• Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders/clients, peers and colleagues.
