As a dynamic and experienced Service Manager, you will oversee the operation in Victoria. The successful candidate will lead and develop the team to efficiently deliver projects, field, and technical services, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving desired business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and align the team to achieve business growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets.
- Oversee project and field service delivery, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure global customer support as needed.
- Coordinate between field engineers, sub-contractors, and clients for service and repair work.
- Support opportunity and quote reviews for successful project deliveries and service
profitability. - Maintain and review team project and contract portfolio, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and manage case queues for system outages and resolution activities.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels and service agreements.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Continuously develop and simplify processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and address training needs for effective team performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and set improvement goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Minimum 5 years work experience as a manager within a technical environment in Australia
- Proven ability to develop and align a team to meet business growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of technical support, budget management, process development, and risk management.
- Experience managing assets, contracts, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
