About the role:
We are seeking a Service Manager to join our Miranda Mercedes-Benz Dealership.
This position is Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm.
You will report into the Dealer Principal and our newly appointed position of - Group Service Manager. Whilst it will be an autonomous position where you control all aspects of the service department, you will also be provided with daily ongoing support, by our Group Service Manager, who has extensive Mercedes-Benz knowledge.
What will a day look like?
- Leading and coaching your team of 3 frontline Service Advisors
- Oversee back of house and front of house staff and daily operations
- Ensure your team are providing exceptional customer service and achieving CSI/NPS
- Achieving manufacturer and internal sales targets
- Overall manage the entire service department
About you:
- Proven track record & ability to meet Sales Targets, Manufacturer targets and CSI Benchmarks
- You will be an experienced Service Manager (or assistant Service Manager)
- Mercedes-Benz experience - highly regarded
- ERA Power Experience – highly regarded
- You will have proven experience assisting & leading a team and be a true leader
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A reliable, Punctual and hardworking disposition
