Main duties of the role:
- Providing strong leadership, motivation and accountability to workshop and service staff, aligning activities with the broader business plan
- marketing of the Service Department, ensuring growth in revenue whilst controlling expenses
- reporting of the department's actual sales performance against set targets
- monitoring and maintaining a safe workplace in accordance with OH&S requirements.
- Previous Service Manager experience in the automotive industry is essential
- Strong working knowledge of the automotive industry,
- Effective time management skills,
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Qualifications in the automotive/mechanical field will be highly regarded
