FONZ has strong direct sales in several markets and a growing partner network nation-wide. This year we are looking to expand our partner network and service agents.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced team player to join us in our mission to increase the uptake of sustainable transport in Australia, deliver our customers an exceptional after-sales experience and help us to grow our support network.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Manage inbound customer support enquiries via phone, email and other channels
- Create and manage support tickets for warranty and repairs
- Schedule service and repairs, invoice customers for parts and service, coordinate dispatch of parts and vehicles
- Maintain inventory management software
- Coordinate with sales and production teams and manage customer delivery communications
- Resolve escalated customer concerns
- Oversee technical training of dealer network and support teams
- When necessary, launch new systems to improve on support-related processes
- Measure, monitor and improve various service systems, KPIs and profitability
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years Automotive experience required
- Technical qualification or technically-minded person with service or operations experience highly regarded
- A high level of professionalism & care about your customers' experience
- Problem solving skills
- Highly organised and competent to work with computers
- Able to work in fast paced, small business environment
- Willing to support the team and enjoy working independently

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and an attractive remuneration package. Infrequent travel and weekends may be required for trade shows and events.
