City Triumph is our leading Triumph dealership located next to Harley Heaven in West Melbourne.
About the Role:
We have the opportunity for a Full time Service Manager to assist in the leadership and management of our busy Service Centre in West Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking for a challenge and is ready to take the next step in their career.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and leading the service team
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the busy service department
- Ensuring the workshop achieves KPI’s
- Ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered to our customers
Our ideal candidate:
You are an experienced Service Manager with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. Triumph and/or Harley Davidson experience and knowledge is an advantage but is not a prerequisite for this position as you will be working with an extremely experienced Triumph & Harley Davidson dealership team. You are used to driving, leading and being part of a fast paced and energetic customer and target driven team.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to drive and lead a team within a fast-paced, target-based environment.
- An enthusiastic and positive approach to customer service and teamwork.
- Harley-Davidson experience and knowledge is an advantage.

We are offering a very competitive base salary, weekly achievable bonuses, and a monthly profit share incentive.
To assist you achieve the agreed goals you will have the ongoing support of your Dealer Principal, our groups Business Development Managers, Senior Management Team, as well as the training and support provided by Harley-Davidson.
